Roshan established the business in 2011 with a clear goal: to make the insurance claims journey simpler and less stressful for property owners. From the outset, her priority has been fairness, openness, and delivering a joined-up service that combines claims expertise with contractor coordination. Over a decade on, she remains deeply involved in shaping the company’s direction, driven by the same dedication to client care. Outside of work, Roshan enjoys travelling with her family and swimming in the sea.

Mario is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring robust governance, precise reporting, and full FCA compliance. Working closely with the senior leadership team, he supports long-term growth while safeguarding financial stability and transparency. Valued for his clear insight and attention to detail, Mario plays a key role in shaping sound strategic decisions. Beyond work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and grandchildren.

Tan leads the business development team, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. He works closely with prospective clients to understand their circumstances and determine whether insurance claim support is appropriate. Known for his personable approach and focus on building strong relationships, Tan helps clients feel confident from the very first conversation. Outside of work, he enjoys motorbike riding, gym sessions, and socialising with friends.

Tom oversees the surveying and contracts management teams, ensuring damage assessments are accurate and repair projects progress smoothly from start to finish. He works closely with loss adjusters to agree fair scopes of work and manages projects through to completion. Practical and solutions-focused, Tom ensures properties are restored fully and efficiently. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his newborn baby.

Georgie manages the First Notification team, who are available around the clock to support new customers. She ensures every caller’s situation is fully understood from the outset, allowing the business to provide the right support quickly. Calm, organised, and customer-focused, Georgie leads by example in delivering excellent service. When she’s not at work, she enjoys singing show tunes, relaxing with her cat, and indulging her love of musicals.

Abhi focuses on presenting and negotiating insurance claims to secure fair settlements for policyholders. He keeps clients fully informed throughout the process, helping them feel confident and supported at every stage. Known for his calm and organised manner, Abhi brings clarity to even complex claims. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking in the woods and exploring nature trails.

Russel developed the company’s advanced CRM system, enabling detailed claim tracking and accurate recordkeeping across every case. His work supports operational efficiency while giving clients clear visibility throughout their claim. Innovative and forward-thinking, Russel continually enhances systems to keep them aligned with evolving needs. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, cycling, and spending holidays in his caravan.

Joseph visits properties to assess damage, meets with Loss Adjusters to agree the scope of works and oversees reinstatement projects once approved by insurers. He works closely with policyholders and contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard and claims progress smoothly. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys playing golf and keeping fit at the gym.

Simon is often the first point of contact for prospective clients, explaining the services offered by All Property Claims and guiding homeowners through the early stages of the claims process. He is also responsible for developing new business opportunities and building relationships with customers. Outside of work, Simon enjoys playing cricket, watching sport and spending time with friends.
